A sweet patriotic book. Very sweet book. My 5 and 6 year old enjoyed the story and pictures. I also enjoyed the story but I was a little more emotional about it. When I tucked my 5 year old into bed he said, Lady Freedom is pretty cool because she’s a warrior. Him thinking about the book 30 minutes after we read it was unusual for him and very exciting for me. It made an impression on him.Perfect gift Good job Rachel. I really enjoyed this story book. I’m gifting it to my grandson. He’s a third grader.I want to be Lady Freedom too! It was exciting to buy this book as the very first one for my future grandbaby. I am not certain if baby will be a boy or a girl but I am positive they'll love this story as much as Grandma does. It's sweet, thoughtful, and filled with curiosity and questions. I am so happy the real Paloma had a chance to experience this in Washington D.C. and Momma Rachel knew it was a great story to share. Because we can all grow richer in love of country from Paloma's experience! Yes, this is adults as well as kids!
